Word Of The Week

23 May

Look at me posting on a Friday!

18th May – 24th May 2014

My Word of the Week is #Goose.

Nearly a year ago I joined my first #Postcircle group. (Still not familiar with #Postcircle shame on you – check it out)

My first group is the #Goose group, 6 lovely ladies; 5 in the UK and 1 in New Zealand.
Although unfortunately some members had to stop writing; we all know & appreciate some times how time consuming letter writing can be to fit into daily life.
But we were still lucky enough in our group that these ladies were courteous enough to let Anna and Us know. We are all still in contact though social media too which is nice.

So left in our #Goose group are (including myself) 4 ladies; 3 of us in the UK and 1 in New Zealand.

I am lucky enough to live relatively near 2 of these ladies and last year we met for the first time at The Knit & Stitch Show.

And this weekend & the reason my Word of the Week is #Goose is because one of these ladies is coming to stay!

I can’t wait! We chat nearly, if not every day, as well as still exchanging letters, gifts and think of you bits & bobs.

So I’m really looking forward to the last day of this week when I get to see her again and we can craft, chat & Honk like #Geese in person!

Here is wishing everyone a Wonderful Weekend.

It is very time consuming. I’m very lucky to be able to have spare time at the moment. Maybe one day you will be able to letter write again.

It is lovely actually meeting letter writing pals. I think you share so much in a letter that you may not if you met in person and friendships really develop.
Have a Great Bank Holiday Weekend.
